Good Morning,

I am having trouble with my email flow of traffic. I can send out an email but I can't receive an email. I used to use this program so I am a returning client from Boardview Advertsing. I know very little about POP/IMAP things nor how to fix things. Is there any way I can speak with an actual person about this as I'm supposed to jump back in with Boardview Advertising, and apparently no one is receiving my emails.


Really sorry but please can someone help me?

Maybe, if you share the exact error message, and also post a screenshot of your incoming server settings (at 'account settings"server settings' pane), some suggestions may surface. Thank you.
