How can I stop certain emails going directly to trash?

Certain email newsletters that I signed up for (and verified) go directly to trash. I have no Thunderbird filters on nor does my internet or computer. How can I fix this? I switched from Outlook but sadly, will have to go back if this isn't fixed.

Hi, If you are talking about the "Trash" folder where the deleted messages go, the one reason I can identify is that you might have filters on your IMAP side and then TB while syncing moves them as well, because they already are moved.

Is this happening for all the messages or for some of them?
