If this is a login account there nothing much anyone can do there to help. What you need to do is use Firefox in Private Mode browser and see if you can still access the site if you can that means your got Addons issue causing the login issue. Then others can diagnosis where else to look. Also what screenshot errors are you getting when using Firefox? That way those looking know what else that might be missing during logins.
