Nobody here on this support forum is a AI or such as all are people.

Mozilla does not have any call centres or such for to do one on one communication by phone, chat or email for a free to download and use application. The best you can do in contacting Mozilla is the options listed on https://www.mozilla.org/contact/

The emails you get from this site is just to inform you of replies to threads you started and replies to threads one replied in on this forum.
