how can i sign out / clear my history / delete my password from remote device if possible?

I changed my laptop and did not sign out or clear my passwords/history from the old laptop, i need to do so as it is a suspicious device for me now.

If you no longer have access to that device, it is not possible to clear it. You may want to change the passwords with the corresponding companies/websites you interact with.

Synced history expires automatically after 60 days.

If you have already done the password reset then you have already removed all data on the Sync server and you can possibly generate a new recovery key that you can use for a future case with accessing data on the Sync server.
