I have spent hours trying to get Thunderbird to send messages following the instructions in your support. I am not a programmer and don't have more time to spend on this.

Assuming 'Send' button is visible and usable: Do you get an error message when you attempt to send? If yes, what does it say word for word. you could post an image of error if it helps.

Please post the following info: In Thunderbird

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • click on 'copy text to clipboard' button
  • In this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'
  • You can edit/remove all info on fonts and printers, but do not edit anything else.
  • click on 'Post reply' button.
