my iphone and ipad will not accept the new password and I am not getting email on those devices. it works well on my desk top.

I was hacked and changed my password and chose to have a phone call to access my aol email. my desk top has been given the accept this device and no longer needs the phone call, but my devices are still not working.

Firefox is not an email app, so I assume you're not using Firefox to access email. Try asking at https://discussions.apple.com/community/iphone/using_iphone
