on going to ebay.com it goes from full screen to unreadable size

on clicking on firefox app i am getting full screen then when i go and sign on to ebay then the ebay screen comes up 1/4 size and is unreadable and am unable to get it to enlarge buy any of the methods suggested. it is only on ebay that i am having the problem. when i go to paypal it is full screen.

this just started about 3 days ago. ebay works on internet explor but very slow. i am still using xp lynn

You may have zoomed the page(s) by accident.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

  • View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl/Command+0 (zero))

Hello , Perhaps you can try re-installing the whole program. firstly uninstall your current firefox and download latest one. I'm using firefox 29.0 , do not have such problem when i surf on ebay. hope it helps.
