I cannot click on any links from any website if it is at the top of the browser window,all other links I can click on.Any suggestions? Already unistalled & reinstalled.

The Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause this issue. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
