Hi Bob, thank you for sharing your add-ons list, I don't see that one installed on your Firefox.

Is it promoting itself to you on your home page, new tab page, in pop-ups, or elsewhere? It would be great if you could explain where it is showing up in a little more detail.

By the way, if it added itself to your Bookmarks Toolbar, you should be able to right-click > Delete Bookmark to remove it from there.

I only see the Firefox Multi-Account Containers and a disabled Facebook Container.

If you have problems then check the settings in your Kaspersky security software.

It is possible that your security software is causing your problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
