How can I forward all e-mails to another e-mail account like g-mail?

I would like a copy of all incoming e-mails to go to my g-ail account. is there some way to set up e-mail forwarding in Thunderbird?

Yes there is. You can set up a filter to carry out actions such as forwarding to another account. You can read how to set up a message filter here.
