You are using a 32 bit browser, so will need the 32 bit version of Adobe Flash (there is a 64 bit version of Flash currently at beta stage, but this will not work with 32 bit browsers). I find the easiest way to install, Flash is to use the manual installers (these are 32 bit versions), for details see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller There are 2 versions of Flash shown in that article, one for IE and one for other browsers. You can install both versions if you use IE and Firefox.
