When I am on certain sites, such as Facebook, the page just constantly refreshes by itself. I know I am malware-free so I'm not sure what's wrong. Is it a Firefox problem?

As stated in the question, whenever I'm on Facebook, the page just constantly refreshes by itself. And it seems like that's the only site affected. Is it a Firefox problem or a Facebook problem? I know my computer is malware-free because I have just scanned it this morning as well as deleted all cookies.

I also tried one of the computers at my university library and it does the same thing on that one. I know for sure the add-ons for that computer compared to mine are different.
