Hi,

Let's say you're opening an email in thunderbird, and it's an email you've been exchanging with someone for a long time. As you scroll down, the older emails are indented to the right, making the view of the email "narrower and narrower". What is the setting or method to prevent this from happening?

Thanks in advance!

it appears you are not seeing the menu bar. from main screen, click the alt key and menu bar will appear. then, highlight the FOLDER, not the message - then, click view>sort by>unthreaded
