All of my extension icons are missing. In setup the extensions say they are installed and turned on. Where did they go and how can I see them again?

I solved the problem with the browser reset procedure I found on the Firefox site. It was an interesting problem. New to me anyway.

It sounds like maybe your toolbars were reset for some reason. You can add/remove buttons from the Firefox toolbar by using the customization option. See Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars for more information.
