I recall seeing a warning message from youtube about CRM. I was able to click some button to enable it. But I am not sure how the message was invoked to begin with and what actually took place that eventually allowed me to watch/hear youtubes.

take a look at the pic, and examine and or tweek the pluggins on your side. see if it helps resolve the issue or provide us with more clues to your issue
