No idea what you mean by " am route "

If having issues with Firefox in the future please put a tick in the box that says send info to Mozilla. This info helps us understand you System and Extensions. Thanks.

If getting redirected please check your system at the uninstall programs and look for any tool bars or something that should not be there.
