Stop constantly re-adding the smiley button I keep removing. I don't want it, I remove it for a reason. It is annoying enough to have to remove it on my own computer but I also have to do this on 20+ business computers every single patch.

Sorry it was a mistake and I hope it does not happen on future upgrades.

.... So that would have to be re-done by users. This will not be a problem for any subsequent release, like Fx 37. ....

As you presumably deploy Firefox you may consider using Firefox ESR. That has a slower release cycle and does not suffer this particular problem. ESR is currently Fx33.1 and does not even support Firefox Hello (The smiley icon VOIP feature was introduced in Fx34 )
