I make books on Snapfish and these crashes seem to always happen when my photobooks are loading. Disable Flash from running by using an addon Flash Block or one another Video without Flash PS: I dont see flash is installed into your browser . Download it from Adobe Flash

Thank you all for your replies and the effort you made to help me. I tried all sorts of your suggestions, but I don't know enough about computers to even understand some of the links. I couldn't get Firefox to work with the Shockwave on either of my laptops, but thank goodness, everything loads and works fine in Internet Explorer. The problem only occurs when I make photo albums on Snapfish, which I am able to do as long as I use Internet Explorer on my new Asus computer.
