I have cleaned files, defragged, restarted over and over and Firefox 129.0 is so slow it is barely functioning. I have Win 10, Norton 360 & Roboform. Please help and give me advice an old man can follow.

I'm encountering a problem with my contracting service website; it’s not loading properly across Mozilla Firefox. The site is essential for my local contracting and renovation business, so this issue is impacting my operations.

I've already cleared the cache and verified the server status, but the issue continues. I’d greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on what might be causing this problem.

How do I designate StartPage as my search engine in Firefox. I found no place in Firefox Settings to choose a search engine other that your select few. For many years I have been able to do this in previous installations.

I just moved from the MS Edge to Firefox Nightly on both on my pc and on my android phone, and as far i like it very much, except maybe the bookmarks sync but i will not talk about this right now.

My problem is on my win11 pc, after the 1st update there are now two identical Firefox apps showing on the default apps, in settings, as you can see in the picture. I search on the internet for a solution but with no success. Can someone help me with this ?? Thanks in advance !!

I'm using a macbook air, and I was trying to use the fingerprint login thing, when instead of unlocking my puter it shut down the whole thing and it started to make very loud fan noises. I waited a few minutes for it to stop, then got back on, and my bookmarks and saved passwords were deleted from firefox. No passwords or logins were reset on any other applications. This is very alarming since I had just made an email and some accounts to manage some event I'm holding, and now the password I trusted to firefox is lost. I need this password, as otherwise I cannot log into my email since I hadn't time to set up recovery measures (I have tried to recover it, but there's insufficient evidence for google that I own the account :/ ).

I tried looking through my browsing history for anything helpful, but everything was deleted from there as well. I also was not logged into my Mozilla account at the time either, so I am really in some sort of predicament here, , I'd appreciate any advice and ideas here!!

A white horizontal line in the top of the screen, whilst watching movies in tv5mondeplus.com. This issue happens when installed the recent update 129.0.

Tested in other browsers and doesn't appear the white horizontal line on top.

I have purchased and installed Mozilla VPN on my laptop running Mozilla Firefox. I have set the VPN software to load and start on start up,however Mozilla VPN will not run on start up of my computer nor Mozilla Firefox. I have to start Mozilla VPN manually every time I use Mozilla Firefox.

Version 129 is not printing headers and footers, despite manually checking the "print headers and footers" box in the print dialog (and despite making Page Setup visible via about:config). This persists in the preview, when printing to PDFs, and when printing to physical printers. This is new behavior to me since some time in the 128 series (the last time I tried to print a webpage showing the URL and date/time).

I have manually reset all print_h... and print_f... entries to default, but that didn't help either.

I lost power today and when I had it restored, had a message that the Firefox versions were incompatible (I think it got interrupted during an update. Anyway, no internet access through Firefox, so I deleted Firefox thinking I could reinstall and all might be good. So far, not so good...

I was able to Google my way to install the extended release version of Firefox for dinosaurs but I lost all of my bookmarks. Is there a way to get this back? I would hate to start over finding the places I visit and also recalling old spreadsheets, documents, etc....

Any help would be appreciated.

Why does a website (communityapps.com) open and function in Firefox and also Safari on my Macbook Pro (2020) but gives only a blank page in Firefox (loading OK in Safari) on my iMac (2021) both with current & identical OS and Firefox versions? (I don't want to use Safari.)

When searching with Firefox, I am forwarded to a Captcha using Google search. I am not required if searching from chrome. Why the difference and how do I use Firefox and avoid the Captcha requirement?
