There is a bug in Firefox 9 that causes it to use the non-tablet UI on tablets running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). This is fixed in Firefox 10: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=708772

You can download a Firefox 10 pre-release version from the beta channel today. The final version will be published to the release channel next week.
