Do you have a problem with moving bookmarks around on the Bookmarks Toolbar ?

You can also do that in the Bookmarks Sidebar or in the Library (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) if you open the Bookmarks Toolbar folder.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
