after updating yesterday to 4.9.1 this occurred. Had just automatically updated realplayer and adobe as well. removed firefox and reinstalled, reinstalled 4.9.1 and still have problem. I enabled screen capture and it worked but I want the old multiple background download feature to come back. Any ideas? Great set of products!! The static toolbar has the sphere icon as before in a box. When video starts it detects this and shrinks to half size and spins but the box disappears and no down arrow appears. When I click around the spinning icon I get the list of supported sites and no files to download.
