Check this question for an issue with the RelayCam plugin.

You can find the plugin in this location: /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/RelayCam.plugin

I notice that you marked my reply as unhelpful, but Modules tab of your crash report shows that you have the RelayCam plugin as you can see if you scroll down the list. So maybe give it another try if you still have those crashes.
