An automatic update was done on my thunderbird. I am now at version 78.4.0 (32-bit). Two of my email accounts lost all emails. I only see emails from Sept 10, 2020 onwards.

I checked my profile, there is only one available.

Any idea how I can get my emails back?

  3. Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information you just copied.

Next, we'll need you to provide answers to the following questions:

  • Does Thunderbird work in Safe Mode?
  • Do you use anti-virus and firewall software? What is the version?
