I currently use Firefox 63.0 on my Ubuntu - 18.04

I cannot navigate the xfinity site at all with FF. It starts degrading right away and FF eventually hangs. Then it hangs up Ubuntu and I have to shutdown.

I've talked to the xfinity support people and basically there is not much they can do.

Is this a problem with FF or is it an xfinity issue? Thanks for your support.

Hello sparky111,

If Xfinity still uses a Flash player to play DRM protected content : Adobe doesn't support this feature for Linux in Shockwave Flash. Xfinity announced that they would switch to HTML months ago ....

Speaking of Flash : your system details show that you are running a very old version, which can cause problems.

Would you please update ?
