In the last few months my emails are being rejected when I send to email addresses @btinternet.com. The error message I get is this:

Action: failed Status: 5.0.0 Remote-MTA: dns; mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 Message rejected on 2017/11/12 15:33:07 GMT, policy

(3.2.1.1) ??? Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM
   please read www.bt.com/bulksender

This is my personal email address which I've had for years and this is a recent problem. My friends with btinternet.com have not made changes to their email settings. Anyone else experiencing this problem and do you have a fix please? I've tried phoning BT but they don't seem to have a solution.

Thanks.

Who is your email provider? It's possible that they or their smtp server has been blacklisted.

BT list a pretty stringent set of requirements that could affect anyone using a personal email account and personal Internet connection. Most of us with personal accounts have dynamic IP addresses and many of us don't have access to SPF or DKIM.

Thanks for your message. The strange thing is I never had this problem until recently, so something has presumably changed at BT - I've called them three times but they haven't been helpful. Hopefully someone else is having the same issue and can share a solution.
