What about the rest of your profile? Is the other data still there?

Did you have any problems of late? Perform a reset/refresh of the browser? Create a new profile?

Try to rename/remove the secmode.db file in the Firefox profile folder.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

You would need a backup copy of logins.json and key3.db to restore the usernames and passwords.
