not getting any sound on any videos in firefox...other browsers and laptop working aok however?

all vides and music working aok on computer and other browsers......only firefox....visual is ok, but no sound.....disabled all plugins and still no luck???????

Do you see a mute (speaker) icon on the tab when an audio file is played in that tab?

Do you see Firefox or the plugin-container process in the Windows volume mixer?

mute is not showing and I know how to do that and firefox NOT showing in mixer.....chrome and ie do show up
