How to remove Bitdefender Quick Scan?

B.Q.S. box, in bottom right turned up uninvited, & suggested I have a quickscan. No option to say 'No'.

B.Q.S. not listed in control panel uninstal so can't remove it there.

Tried FF> Tools> Addons> Extensions> Disable Bitdefender,(as per suggestion on a forum) but didn't work.

Have you tried the BitDefender support forum or help pages? Or looked thru that programs preferences?
