What you see in print preview is determined by the scaling factor on the toolbar, for example 125%. When you print a selection, Firefox will use the scaling factor set in the Page Setup dialog. Does it work to set that in advance in one of these places:

  • orange Firefox button > Print menu > Page Setup
  • File menu > Page Setup
