I cannot figure out how to install the new version of Firefox over the old copy. Your instructions say to go to the home page and click Help at the top and then "About Firefox" button to download updates. I cannot even find these choices.

When I try to download on my own I only get all the files. And the Readme file gives me no instructions. I extracted all files, but there was no way to install that I could figure out. and your instructions are invalid.
