Something is preventing me from using Firefox as my default browser. I can set it as my default browser, but as soon as I close it is no longer my default.

I am able to set Firefox as my default browser, but as soon as I close out, it is no longer the default browser.

Another issue I have is that I have a message at the top of the Settings page indicating that some other organization is managing Firefox. I have read all the support notes on this problem, but the one the instruction that I think would work is grayed out so I can't change the parameter.
