Hello,

I've recently uploaded a custom-made extension to the Chrome Web Store for my personal use and for a few specific users. It's currently awaiting review.

However, I'm encountering an issue where I cannot download and use the extension myself. When attempting to download, I receive the message "Download failed. Please check your connection."

Although I can see the extension listed on the store (since it's mine), I'm unable to use it personally.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

Thank you.

Hi

This does not sound like an issue about Firefox, but is something that the Chrome support team should be able to help you with.

You mention the Chrome Web Store which is for Extensions for the Google Chrome web browser as Firefox does not support Chrome extensions.

Yet your image shows it is a Firefox extension on the addons.mozilla.org site?.

If you are actually referring to addons.mozilla.org and not the Chrome Web Store, then perhaps you may get better help at https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/add-ons/35
