I was wondering if I can enable this function (that green text saying "Mozilla Foundation (US)") or it was deleted. If it's still in browser, can someone show me how to enable it?

No, it is no longer possible to show that text for DV/EV certificates, this has been abandoned quite some time ago if I remember correctly.

You can click the padlock icon and proceed to "Tools -> Page Info -> Security" to see more info and possibly inspect the certificate chain.
