Then you need to start your computer in SafeMode with Networking and go to control panel to uninstall what program was installed or malware it is and remove it. Otherwise you will have to take it to a computer shop to fix this.

When is this? When you start the browser? While surfing? Going to a specific website?
Can you go to Facebook log-in and reset your password?
