On what platform do you have this issue since you posted with a Mac user agent (Google Chrome)?

You write that the TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 cipher suite is used, so that would indicate that a connection is established.

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?
