I use a tablet with Android 4.4 (Kitkat). I have successfully installed Firefox for Android on it. I am used to Kaspersky but the Kaspersky APP doesn't support Firefox. Is there an Internet Security that I can use that supports Firefox on my Android tablet?

There is not much of a point to anti-virus on Android. Each app can only talk to the Android system over very restricted channels. An app cannot modify other app settings.

There is a small amount of utility for apps that search for Malware apps. Though if you only install applications from the Play Store, there is not much of a need for that either.

Thank you KB for your reply. As I have a couple of APPs , financial institutions, installed directly from them, can you please name the best utility that I can install.? I noticed that the Play Store has a Kaspersky utility (free) , will that help even though it doesn't support the Firefox browser that I installed from the Play Store?
