I added a photo of a forest somehow and it shrunk my firefox screen. I don't know how I did it but it is a photo of AUTUMN and it takes about an inch off the top and bottom of my screen

Sounds that you installed a Persona.

You can uninstall your current Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
