Firefox doesn't ask to save passwords for the ignored sites. They are not stored in exceptions or Saved Passwords

The password is not saved and cannot be restored as it is not kept in the Exceptions (Tools - Options - Security) or Saved Passwords (Tools - Options - Security). Need passwords to be saved. Thanks a lot!
