Hello,

I have installed Thunderbird on my IMac through Parallels Virtual Machine using Windows 10 Pro and everything worked fine until suddenly, the page become blank. From then< whatever I tried, reinstalling etc. is the same result. A blank page. Can someone help me with this, please? Thanks in advance,

Chosen solution

Run in safe mode (hold Option when launching TB). Any difference? If it looks OK, launch again in safe mode 'Reset toolbars & controls', 'Make changes & restart'.

Navigate to options > type in accel > uncheck "use acceleration" > restart thunderbird. Does that help?

Unfortunately blank means al the screen blank. can't see any command.

Chosen Solution
