sometimes smtp conection is cancelled and message is not sent, sometimes says cant send message, but the message has been sent
Hello I have a big problem sending emails
Sometimes The sending progress bar gets till 99% then stopped... and few minutes latter, cant sendt message, smtp conections time out
And the message is not sent
But other times appears same error, but the mail has been sent
The result is I have been sending and sending because thunderbird says message not sent, but the receiver get my mail almost 25 times...
And of course, the message cant be copy to my message sent folder because the well known error.
This happens with different mail providers
When I use each webmail, it works and sent mails in seconds, so is not a provider problem
I need some help to fix cause I cant work this way with thunderbird. Thanks

Hi, it's avast
disable outgoing mail scanning in avast. That will probably cure the issue.
I disable avast outgoing and added all profile file to avast exception and did not work
I get same error. Fail sending message, smtp connection expired, try again
my server is smtp.ionos.es
I have checked with provider the settings and are ok
Try to start Windows in safe mode with networking enabled.

Can you confirm you did start Windows in safe mode?
How exactly did you retrieve the log?
And the first module mentioned in the crash is Avast. uninstall it and see if things are better without it. You are using windows 10, so windows defender will kick in when you uninstall Avast, so you will not be without some virus protection.
