mail.pobox.xom

I get out of the blue problems sending messages. Yesterday with mail.mydomain.com ..now also with mail.pobox.xom Didn't change anything at all. using Thunderbird 38.6.0 Any help is very highly appreciated. I'm in deep problems now.
