I've lost all the top screen that had file, view, messages. write, etc and button on right top screen is also gone, so I can't do a thing except read my e-mails.

Press the 'Alt' key on keyboard to get a temporary 'Menu Bar'.

then 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Menu bar' to make permanent. then 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select' Mail Toolbar'.

I got a temporary menu with file, edit, view, message etc. also events and tasks that I've never seen before. Didn't see anything about toolbars, menu bar or mail toolbar. The menu button on the right corner is still gone.

thats correct.

then select View > select 'Toolbars' > select 'Menu bar' to make permanent. then 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select' Mail Toolbar'.

The menu icon will appear in the 'Mail Toolbar' when it is enabled. However, you can get to everything without using the menu icon, if you have both toolbars enabled.
