I updated to Firefox 19 today.

Launched a download, in the download window, when you right click the link being downloaded, the Menu doesn't open. You have a squary glitch instead.

You should wait for your download to finish in order to have the right click menu on the links.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

I test the above. It didn't work. Disabled All addons, same result. I uninstalled it, reinstalled fresh copy, same behavior.
