Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.

Downloaded all the suggested updates. Unfortunately, still get same error message - "can't connect - error 42002. "
Did you read the TurboTax Intuit support page that I hyperlinked?
The information that cor-el posted has nothing to do with the problem you are having with TurboTax.
lbennett2 I've been having the same problem. Just found a solution someone posted elsewhere that worked for me: go to Control Panel on your PC; click Internet Options; click Connections; click LAN settings; uncheck "use a proxy server for your LAN"
I just did this and am now receiving my update from Turbo Tax. I am not a techie so I have no idea what it means, but it did work! Good luck!
