I am an expat living in Thailand, my system language is English, however, some programs (iTunes) for example always comes up in Thai many other programs come up with a mix between Thai and English, almost always the info is in Thai. It is physically impossable for me to learn to speak Thai let alone read it. Does anyone have a simple solution to my problem?

Hello,

If your system language is set to English and some programs are in a different language, you'll probably have to set the language individually for each of those programs, or download/install an English version of those programs. Here are instructions on how to change the language in iTunes to English.

There is usually a button to switch the language of the page that you can use if you visit such a site regularly. This choice is stored in a cookie that you need to keep via an allow exception. Otherwise you would have to use a VPN service that locates you in the US or another English speaking country.

You can use websites like these to see how your location is reported via a reverse DNS look up of your IP:
