The file fireFTPsites.dat contains everything EXCEPT the passwords.

The passwords are stored in the same files as Firefox saved logins. Those are listed in this article: Recovering important data from an old profile.

Can you get it set up again?

Thank you for your assistance. I missed the fireFTPsites.dat file on my first look at the old profile. All is well now.

Seems to me that the refresh procedure would be more selective when it comes to eliminating extensions. FireFTP has not hiccuped once in the several years that I have been using it as a Firefox extension.
