We are having a problem with Kaiser Permanente’s website. The problem occurs randomly and when it occurs we cannot sign in to our account on the website. We get a “redirect error”.

We can fix the problem but comes back again after a while. To fix it we go to Settings / Privacy and Security / Cookies and Site Data / Manage Data. Under manage data we enter Kaiser in the search box and then delete the website.

Is there a way (a settings change) to fix this problem in Firefox or is it a Kaiser website problem?

BTW.. the same problem also occurs on Chrome, just not as frequently.

I enjoy playing an online browser trivia game using Firefox on my Android phone. The game keeps track of your previous scores and answers, I presume through cookies. I need to switch to a new phone and would love to be able to transfer my game history to this new phone.

If it helps, the game is found here: www.immaculategrid.com. The game does not allow you to log in with a profile or anything like that, so I don't know how you could see your history on a different device

I have found some guides online that were designed to transfer Wordle scores using bookmarklets. I couldn't seem to get that to work and found some forum answers saying that bookmarklets no longer work on Firefox for Android.

I have Firefox version 128 on Android 12.

I contacted Immaculate Grid and the person who responded didn't know a way. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm a UK user and since this update dowloaded it is blocking the "cookie options" popup boxes on my email accounts and as a result I can not access my emails using Firefox. I have had to resort to "Google" but I would much prefer to use Firefox I am trying to see if I can make my email accounts exceptions, however it would be easier if I can just uninstall this update. Could you advise me how to do this. Thanks for your help and advice Mike

I have an issue with Firefox 127 not accepting a session cookie that I use for user authentication. I have an ASP.NET application with a login form that includes fields for login and password, and a submit button. When the button is clicked, an HTTPS/POST request is sent to the server. The server responds and sends back a session cookie named .Cookie.Name with the parameter httpOnly set to true.

When I check in Firefox's Developer Tools under the Network tab, I can see .Cookie.Name in the server response. However, in the Developer Tools under the Storage tab, .Cookie.Name is missing, which prevents the user from logging in. This problem does not occur in other browsers like Chrome or Edge, nor does it occur in Firefox version 126. The configurations for Firefox 126 and 127 are identical.

Could you please assist with this issue?

Recently, I cleared the cookies and site data from my browser as I'd noticed they were taking quite of lot of space on my harddrive. I thought clearing them would just reset them, but it looks like they were completely wiped instead.

Now, the browser never remembers any login information, so I have to connect to every site I use everytime I open my computer. It's troublesome when some of them have double verification and I have to go through the trouble of checking my email and entering a code everytime. The websites don't ask me to enable cookies again, so I don't know how to make them remember my informations again.

Is there a way to re-enable cookies, or have the websites ask me to enable cookies again?

Firefox recently 'crashed' on my desktop PC. It asked me to restart in safe mode or restore to the original state. I chose to restore. This meant that I had to re-add all of my add-ons and log back into my favourite sites as my log-in details had disappeared. I got everything back to normal eventually, except for one very important site. I am now no longer able to log on to my bank website to review my accounts. I get an error message on the site saying " Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." I have never had this problem before. I am able to log on successfully on my tablet, and also via a different browser on my desktop PC. I'm not a tech expert so this is very frustrating. I've tried clearing cookies/cache/data in the settings but no success. I really need to access my bank accounts on my desktop as I find this easier. Hopefully you can help as I don't want to use a different browser.

Best regards Andrew Sambrooks

When I login to sites using an email address and password, quitting and relaunching Firefox reveals that I remain logged into those services. However, if I use a single sign on option such as the "Sign in with Google" login option to access an account, I find that each and every time I launch Firefox I am forced to sign back into the account. This is not the case with any other web browser I use as they all remember the account I am logged into using a single sign on option. Does anyone understand why Firefox requires using the single sign on option each time I relaunch the browser while it remembers email address/password logins without issue?

To troubleshoot, I have verified that I use the "Standard" browser privacy option at about:preferences#privacy. In fact, I have been using Firefox's default preferences across the board. The only aspects of Firefox which I've customized are the theme and the extensions installed: Dark Reader, Simple Translate, YouTube Auto Like, Tweaks for YouTube, and Gesturefy.

I tried reconfiguring my History settings using the advice provided elsewhere on this forum, but it had no effect on the issue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1261095

Hi, I would like to remove the hints that appear below the sign-in box for my email account (yahoo). I want to be able to type in my email address each time without being prompted by a hint address (windows 11/firefox browser). Please help me eliminate/delete the addresses that auto-populate the hints email addresses. Thank you.

ps: please note that I do not have an in-depth understanding of computers or computer development language (mostly computer illiterate). I cannot write or change code.
