When I type in a website, my bar looks like this: [IMG]http://i44.tinypic.com/xlmijo.jpg[/IMG]. Like it searches for something.

Hello Firefox

My box in firefox have changed all of the sudden to look like this when I enter a website I want to visit.

[IMG]http://i44.tinypic.com/xlmijo.jpg/IMG

It looks like it want to search for the thing I type in, but if I click either suggestion number 1 or 2 it visits a website that i've previously been on with the word face.

I have no idea how to change this issue and it bother me greatly!

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
